Production Time

All items are printed to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Time

Once produced, orders typically arrive within:

US domestic: 3–7 business days
International: 7–20 business days (varies by destination)

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping total. Delivery times for international orders can vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. We do not currently offer a free-shipping threshold.

Delays

Delays can occur due to high order volume, holidays, weather, or customs processing on international orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs once the package has shipped, but we'll help track down any issue.

Multiple Items

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times, since items may be produced at different facilities.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error — we'll try to correct it before production.
